Nicole has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years! She and her husband founded and opened KineoFit in 2013 and Kalea in 2021 which they both continue to operate. Nicole “found” yoga in 2014 after a traumatic experience, and fell in love with Yin and Restorative in particular. In 2018 she received her 200 RYT. She is passionate about human movement, mindfulness, women’s health, and holistic living. Adding yoga in her routine helps her manage her 3 kids, 4 fur babies, and two businesses. When she isn’t teaching her favorite things to do are camp, paddleboard and hike with her family and best dog, Walter. Her vinyasa classes usually have some stretchy-feel good warm ups accompanied by a fun flow with good music and usually incorporated balance work! Chawesa “Goi” Thienprasert
YIN AND VIBE
Chawesa “Goi” Thienprasert, YA E-RYT200, RYT 500, YACEP Yoga became a part of Goi's life in 2006 when she first attended a corporate yoga studio in Bangkok, Thailand, where she was born and grew up. Early in her practice, self-care was her priority in attending yoga. But later on, Goi found yoga to be more of a meditative path in her daily life. She has found that yoga helps her build length, strength, and a peaceful space in her heart and mind — along with an awareness of the importance of remaining in the present and being grateful in life. Goi followed her passion in yoga by becoming a certified teacher through the 200-hour teacher training in 2016 through Pranava Yoga Center, a year after she and her family permanently moved to the US from Thailand. Goi continued her education in teaching yoga in different modules, yin, hot yoga, restorative, and yoga wall respectively. In 2020, Goi became a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Pranava Yoga Center. Yoga is a lifelong journey for Goi, and presently she enjoys practicing with various teachers so she can bring that knowledge and experience to share with other practitioners in her classes.

Bailey Gearhart
AWAKENING / HEATED VINYASA / YIN
Bailey was born and raised in Colorado Springs, growing up loving the outdoors. Bailey completed her 200 YTT in June 2019, and is now hoping to grow her knowledge and practice in grief yoga, trauma-informed yoga, and somatic yoga. She enjoys adding balances to her classes, as she finds they help center you in the moment and to be the most present with your body. She also enjoys finding modifications and variations for poses, so students can find where their body needs to be in that pose. When not in the studio you can find her on her roller skates, at a skate park, in the garden with her chickens, or at her sewing machine.

Darlene Truesdell
WARM AND GENTLE
Darlene was first introduced to yoga as a teen and fell in love with the practice. In 2002, she trained to become a yoga instructor through Yoga Fit, teaching vinyasa in Virginia, Hawaii, and Japan for 12 years. Upon returning to the U.S., Darlene sought to further her yoga practice and knowledge by completing her 200 RYT, 300 RYT, and certification in Yin Yoga. She subscribes to living the yoga principles of the 8-limb path, which greatly aligns with her values of mind, body, spirit, family, and community. Darlene believes that there is no “one-way” to practice yoga and approaches each class and student as fully unique. She desires her classes to provide a safe, supportive space for students to feel room to grow, experiment, and explore without judgment.
